Hospital Healthcare Workers

Our Healthcare Workers in the city have been on the frontline of the COVID-19 pandemic for more than a year now! As Access Church we'd like to show our appreciation to them by blessing them with a small gift pack. We may not be able to do this on a large scale for now, but we can start somewhere and so we decided to start on Sunday, the 14th of February by blessing some of the healthcare workers at Grey's Hospital, the hospital that was at the centre of South Africa's COVID-19 response when the pandemic first broke out in the country. Through the generous giving of our church members we were able to give out 48 gift packs to the Grey's Hospital COVID Unit. Because of a surplus of funds for this initiative we were able to give a further 105 gift packs to the nurses at the Eden Gardens Hospital on the Wednesday, the 24th of February.
